Additional Challenges

The following StoryMap JS is concerned with describing other challenged to Philip Pullman’s The Golden Compass. It is especially interesting to note how these challenges all occurred around the release of the movie version of The Golden Compass, likely due to the greatly increased publicity surrounding the creation of a blockbuster movie. There passed more than a decade between the publishing of the original novel and the first challenge of The Golden Compass.
