Halton Catholic School District has a protocol for challenging texts. The complainant must submit the following form in order to have their concerns addressed by administration. This procedure ensures the concern is valid and eliminates problems that arise from complainants selecting problematic passages from a text without considering it in its entirety. Note that the representative of the school board we were in contact with said she could not locate the completed form.
